Tectonic House is a multi-use residential, co-working and commercial timber building that maximises density and utilises circulatory space as social designations. It aims to achieve a space of unity and Kotahitanga through design. By working with existing landscape and atypical spaces to promote community whilst remaining structurally ambiguous for future development with consideration of spatial and social shift.
